Leftovers?

Here is one quick idea for an item that you can make with beads you have left over from other projects. Here you see the beads I had left over from our Seaside Ensemble kit and a roll of clear elastic cord. Clear elastic cord is readily available on the market. It also comes in colors if you want to try that. I used 1mm-diameter cord for this project.

Simply string beads on the cord until it will fit your finger. Tie a knot in the cord. Put a drop of clear-drying glue on the knot. Trim the ends of the cord.

This is a quick and easy project that everyone likes. Wear one or wear several at once. It is a great project for tweens and teens, and my Mom likes these elastic rings too!
